Planning Timeline
Madelyn and Harry had six months to Plan their Wedding
The timeline Harry and Madeline had for their wedding was six months time, which resulted in getting to work As soon as possible after they were engaged. The timeline definitely impacted the choice of the venue. With many venues, dates can be booked months and years in advance, so it was important that they first found the perfect venue. They also had to choose wedding invitations and their wedding party quickly as well so quests and member of the wedding party had time to put the wedding into their schedule and book flights.

Challenges
Out of the Seven Phases of Wedding timelines, the most challenging phases for the wedding planner and the clients were the Research and the Confirmation and details. With planning a wedding in a high populated area with thriving businesses, finding the perfect vendor or company to work with can be very difficult. There were tremendous amounts of research that went into the vendors that were chosen like reading reviews, reviewing services provides, and looking through portfolios of every promising business. Then once a business was found, details had to be exchanged and confirmations had to be established. Some businesses was overloaded with other clients and were not able to find room in their schedule and confirm work with my client and me. These phases of Planning were extremely time consuming and can cause some frustration when you hit many dead ends. Although with these challenges, intt all worked out in the end and Maelyn and Harry had their dreams turned into a reality on their special day.
